Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has pledged $600,000 for air conditioning at Northeast High School. This significant donation aims to improve classroom conditions for over 3,300 students. The funding will address long-standing heating and cooling challenges in the large, older building. This initiative builds upon his previous pledge of $200,000 for other city schools. The new units are expected to be ready before future hot weather disrupts classes.
